What is the best program that keeps your computer in "tip top shape"?
I need a program for general computer upkeep. Fixing registry errors, removing idle processes, keeping unwanted programs from launching at startup... and all that stuff. As I said, I need a "general maintenance" program. Price isn't an issue. Thanks for your help. (10 points for best program.)
Advanced System Optimizer works well for me.

Tips to make sure my voice is in tip-top-shape for opening night?
I'm Anne in A Little Night Music, and tonight is opening night! My voice is the tiniest bit tired from all the rehearsing (Probably only I can tell), and I want to make sure it is well rested and at my best for the performance. Should I speak softly and drink lots of tea and stuff? What else?
