Chart Steel Tip i need help with excercises that can be done, along with healthy tips.?
well im now gonna get seariouse about excercising and need you to help me build what u think is a good excercise chart or things i should do on the days of the week. i wanna work on my torso and my legs aswell, mostly arms abs chest legs, so i will need names of the excercises and i wanted to make half of the week top body, and the other half lower body. please help me i just need to know the names and how and when i should do them, im 5'9 i think i weigh 137 american steel:p thanks if u help out.

Cabinet Steel Tip Spray painting cabinet handles and hinges...?
Our existing kitchen cabinet hardware is dark-worn-brass which no longer goes with the other updates we've made. We like the look (style/shape) of them, but would like to re-color them to a stainless steel color. We've cleaned them up and attempted several different spray paint colors that offer a metalic grey, but haven't quite reached the color that we want. Mostly they are turning out too bright, or too metalic. Or both.
Has anyone tried to achieve a stainless steel color this way. Any tips? Know of any suppliers of specialty spray paints beyond the usual Home Depot / Lowe's selection?
try putting one coat on of a matte black spray paint let that dry properly . then use the metallic grey on it.
or...i know one person who has used Krylon Metallic Leafing and Smoke Gray mixed together, and painted it with a very good brush and got a pretty good result with that
Just make sure to properly degrease, and prime the surface before painting to guarantee adhesion.

If you're gonna get an individual do what I did, stitch up the sleeves on their jackets. for the general office put boot polish on the ear part of the phone hand sets, then take out the cord from the base unit wrap tape round it and put it back in then when their phone rings and they lift it up not only do they get a black ear from the boot polish but will also think that they are getting strange phone calls. glue stationery to the desk. put some laxative (not very strong one) in the coffee jar!

Nope. Old Camaros are not reliable and that car is overpriced by at least $1500. The heavy modifications make it even less desirable. Nobody cares how much money he spent at Pep Boys. That money never comes back to the seller.
KBB on that car is nowhere close to $2175. It's more like $1200 in good condition. Retail pricing can't be used, and you can't use excellent condition because of all the modifications. You have to use the trade in value if you want an accurate price evaluation.
