No, rosewill is not a good PSU company. I would look for something from PCP&C, Seasonic, Corsair, or Earthwatts brand Antec (actually Seasonic units.). Will probably be more expensive then your Rosewill units, but you get what you pay for.
You actually don't need a lot of power. The Q9xxx series is more power efficient then the Q6xxx line, and the 8800GT is not a power hungry chip. Even in SLI you only need 30A on the 12V rail. I would get a good 600W unit, thats all you'll need.
Now for the FUD stomping. 224W for ram? The 7w per 128MBs is an old figure I've seen before, but its not what you think. That should be for each 128MB STICK, not for each 128MBs you have. I'm not even sure DDR2 (1.8-2.2v) comes in 128MB sticks. (the 7w for each stick was for very old Sdram, which I think ran on 3.3v?) I can assure you 100% that you need at most 20W for two sticks of ram.
Second, theres a big difference between the 9800GTX and the 8800GT. The 9800GTX might use less power then the 8800GTX, but the 8800GT uses less power then either of these cards. Again, 30A, even in SLI, is needed for the 8800GT.
Edit: Forgot to mention, rate me down as much as you like, doesn't change that what I've said is correct. For example, I put his details into this PSU calculator, and got the whopping figure of 328W. (not paying for the "pro" version to show you how many amps are needed.)

If you have a nice 550W+ PSU with enough PCIe plugs on it, from one of the companies that I already listed, then your good. You DON'T need 800W+ to do this, not with the 8800GT.

what is a great standard exodia deck build?
I have been wanting an exodia deck for the longest. So i decided to make one. I want a deck build that is legal and good. I want the build to have the best possible cards for a standard exodia deck. Any help would be great:)
My current exodia deck build is-

I will give you a different approach that is sometimes a LOT faster. and has so many walls your opponent will have some troubles. It concentrates on having mostly normal monsters with the exception of 4, spirit reaper, exodia, sangan, and deep diver. the magic cards either help majorly draw or protect you, and the trap cards do a little protection without making heart of the underdog useless. here is my exodia deck:
