how do you use the multi tasking feature on the new ipod software update?
i updated my ipod version 3 to the ios4 version apple bought out but i can't work out how to use the multi tasking feature. i know the apps have to be ios4 compatible but most of mine are now. so do you no how to do it? thank you for ur help!
Do you have the 3rd generation iPod Touch, the 32GB or 64GB version from late 2009? If yours is older, multitasking is not available. If you have one of those models, multitasking allows you to have an app running in the background while you switch to another one - for example, launch Pandora to listen to streaming radio, then switch to Safari to surf the web while continuing to listen to the music.
