How do I get more defined soft curls?
I have long curly thick hair. Depending on the weather though it can either be a frizzy mess or have perfect ringlets. Now that it's longer though it's a lot to deal with. Any suggestions on how I can get my curls more defined and softer? Any tips would help...even product names and home remedies. Also what are the best hair styles for curly hair?
Put a good conditioner like Man 'n' Tail on your hair and it'll make it softer and make the curls stick together better and not frizz. Good Luck!

How to get my hair soft like after haircut?
I really love how my hair feels after a nice haircut and styling. It's really soft and doesn't tangle in the wind. Know what I'm talking about? Well I was wondering how I can achieve this look at home.
Any tips or products would be appreciated.
What I do is when I wash it, I shampoo and condition it like normal, rinsing and everything. Then I do conditioner again and comb it with a wide tooth comb. Then you rinse it out and ta-da!
Another thing that works is the John Frieda products, the "luminous color glaze" particularly. You can get that at drug stores like CVS or whatever.
And whenever you straighten or curl your hair, use a protecting serum.
Last thing-- shiny spray. garnier fructis has a really effective one
