Where to find a narrow inset/recessed medicine cabinet?

I have an older home and need to replace the existing inset medicine cabinet. I need a cabinet where the rough-in width is 12.25 inches or less. It seems all newer cabinets are 13 or 14 inches wide. Does anyone know where to find a narrow cabinet? I have already checked Home Depot, Ikea, Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn; they are all too wide. Thanks.

If it has to be inset, you may want to just custom frame one in. If you're not a wood worker, then contact a local cabinet shop, they can put one together for you in short order.

You might seriously consider a surface mount unit, there are a lot of options available.
